Sessions are required to be paid in full prior to the commencement of the appointment unless prior arrangement has been made with Penny Adams.

Up to 48 hours prior to session appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled at no charge.

Between 48 hours and 24 hours prior to the session a fee of 50% will be charged.

Cancellations less than 24 hours or NO shows to appointment will be charged 100% of the fee.

Terms are agreed to when invoice is paid and booking accepted

Subsequent sessions cannot be booked until outstanding invoices are paid.
